How to order wholesale phones
How buying iPhones and Samsung phones wholesale from Claimback Group works, from first enquiry to delivery.
Ordering in five steps
- Send an enquiry. Use the trade enquiry form, email info@claimbackgroup.co.uk or WhatsApp +44 7861 491867. Tell us your business name and the models, storage sizes, grades and quantities you need.
- Get a quote. We reply with current availability, pricing per unit and the stated grade for each model.
- Confirm your order. Once you accept, we send a pro forma invoice with payment terms.
- Import and checks. Your stock is shipped from Hong Kong to the UK with full customs paperwork, then checked against the order.
- Delivery. We deliver to your UK business address with an invoice and, on request, an IMEI list.
What to include in your enquiry
- Your company name and where you sell (shop, online, export)
- Models and storage sizes
- Grade required, and minimum battery health if it matters to you
- Quantity per model
Questions about ordering
Do I need to be a business to order?
Yes. We supply trade buyers only, such as retailers, resellers, repair shops and exporters.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes. Every order comes with a full invoice from Claimback Group Ltd, a UK-registered company.
Can I order a mix of models?
Yes. You can mix models and storage sizes within one order, subject to the minimum order for each product line.
